Leaders from Coast Plaza Hospital held their second collaborative meeting with representatives of skilled nursing facilities in the Norwalk area. The Sept. 25 gathering took place at Southland Care Center with 17 attendees representing seven SNFs. Representing Coast Plaza were: Victor Carrasco, Valentine Duran, Martha Mleynek, Nick Daneri, Justin Gracieux and John Nguyen.
