Sandra Aviles is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for June.
The award recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate their commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Aviles is a Quality Risk Management Coordinator in our Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement department, who has worked at our hospital since May 2024. She was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
“Sandra is always helpful and very thorough when it comes to dealing with any situation that has to do with the hospital. Sandra is on top of it when the California Department of Public Health is here. I nominate her for her excellent work and customer service.”
