Ryan Dagdag is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for April. This award recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate their commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
The award carries with it a certificate of recognition as well as a $100 gift card, and honorees will have use of a premium parking space at our hospital for one month. In addition, honorees will be featured in our Pulse newsletter as an Exemplary Employee, and their photos will be displayed on a plaque in a public area of our hospital.
Dagdag is a Behavioral Health Tech on our Behavorial Health Unit. He has worked at our hospital since September 2024. He was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
“Ryan has shown great care towards mentally ill clients, consistently meeting their needs and requests in a timely manner. He is always working and picking up shifts, staying over when the need arises. He takes care of his coworkers and makes sure everyone get their breaks. This employee has motivated everyone around him, and he has the qualities of a good leader.”
