Alicia Beltran is our Exemplary Employee for the month of May. She is a Food Services Worker in Coast Plaza’s Food and Nutrition Services department. She has worked at the hospital since September 2006.
The award recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate their commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Beltran was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
Alicia is a hard worker who takes pride in her responsibilities. Her work reflects her dedication to providing the best possible service to our customers. Alicia is also a strong team player. She is always willing to support others, whether working in the cafeteria, washing the dishes or assembling patient trays. She is known for her excellent attendance, rarely calling out, and always reporting to work on time and fully prepared. Alicia truly exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding employee.
