Ana Alva has been selected as our Exemplary Employee for the month of October.
Alva works as a Certified Phlebotomy Tech in the Clinical Lab. She joined the Coast Plaza team in June 2016. Here’s what her nominator had to say:
Ana has served this hospital for years. She was my mentor when I was a trainee until the day that I became a lead. Because of her guidance, I take pride in what I do for this company. She serves as an inspiration to me and an example to my co-workers. Her hard work deserves recognition, and she truly deserves this award.
We all have burnouts from busy days, and she still perseveres through it. On our downtimes she will look for something to do to help lessen the workload of the lab. She is an exemplary employee to me and my co-workers and other departments.
