Nancy Villicana has been named the Exemplary Employee for our hospital for November.
The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Nancy works as a Certified Nurse Assistant on our Telemetry unit. She joined our Coast Plaza team in January 2022. Her nominator had this to say:
“Nancy is an excellent C.N.A. She cares for our patients as if they were her family members. She is caring and compassionate, and she is very hard working. She takes her time with each patient and not only provides care, but also makes them feel comfortable.”
