Coast Plaza Doctors Hospital has a 12-bed Skilled Nursing center on its campus.

The center is licensed by the State of California as a distinct part Skilled Nursing Facility and is certified for Medicare patients.

We can also admit residents with private insurance or those patients who wish to pay privately.

Our multi-disciplinary staff includes: doctors, licensed nurses, social workers, dietitians, physical therapists, pharmacists and others dedicated to quality patient care.

Our staff is experienced and caring.

We work as a team to provide individual care to each patient in order to facilitate a timely recovery and return to normal activity.
